依匹斯汀联合自血疗法治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹临床研究

目的观察自血疗法联合盐酸依匹斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性。方法90例患者随机分为3组。联合组:采取自血疗法:取患者静脉血5ml,立即在臀部作深部肌肉注射,每周2次,共12次;盐酸依匹斯汀片10mg,1次/d;自血疗法组:自血疗法同联合组;依匹斯汀组:盐酸依匹斯汀片10mg,1次/d。疗程均为12周。结果疗程结束时,联合组、自血疗法组及依匹斯汀组总有效率分别为86.76%,73.33%,80.0%。3组的临床疗效比较无显著性差别(P>0.05)。疗程结束后2个月,联合组、自血疗法组及依匹斯汀组总有效率分别为86.76%,77.61%,63.33%,联合组的远期疗效明显优于依匹斯汀组(P<0.05),而联合组与自血疗法组的疗效比较无显著性差别(P>0.05)。结论自血疗法结合盐酸依匹斯汀治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹疗效协同,不易于复发,安全。

To assess the efficacy of auto-blood therapy and in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticari

Objective To assess the efficacy of auto-blood and Epinastine in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticari. Methods 60 were divided randomly into three groups, treated with auto-blood 2 times every week and Epinastine 10mg/d, or only treated with either auto-blood or Epinastine in the same method for 12 weeks. Results The efficient rates of auto-blood and Epinastine, auto-blood, Epinastine were 86.67%, 73.33%,80.0%(P>0.05). There was significant difference in auto-blood and Epinastine group (86.76%) and in Epinastine group(63.33%) (P>0.05) after finished the treatment in two months. Conclusion The clinical data demonstrate that the treatment of auto-blood and Epinastine is safe and effective for chronic idiopathic urticari.
