| 摘 要： | 目的观察血塞通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果和安全性。方法将90例ACI患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,分别给予血塞通注射液和低分子右旋糖酐治疗。结果观察组的显效率为46.7%,而对照组的显效率为24.4%,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率为84.4%,也显著优于对照组的62.2%(P<0.05),且未见明显副作用。结论血塞通注射液治疗ACI安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Xuesaitong Injection in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods Ninety ACI cases were divided randomly into observation group and control group, receiving treatment of Xuesaitong Injection and dextran-40 respectively. Results The improving rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(46.7% vs 24.4%, P<0.05). The total effectiveness rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(84.4% vs 62.2%, P<0.05), and had few side effects occurred. Conclusion It is effective and safe that Xuesaitong Injection treating cases with ACI. |
