喉全切除术后患者生存质量分析

目的评估喉全切除术后患者的生存质量及其影响因素,探讨提高QOL的措施。方法对2000—2005年间入院的45例喉全切除术后患者生存质量进行研究,用SF-36健康测量量表和喉全切除术后生存质量调查表分析其生存质量。结果喉全切除术后患者在躯体健康、躯体角色功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精力、社会功能、情绪角色功能、心理健康方面的生存质量明显差于对照组。各维度对总体生存质量影响作用在患者组自大到小依次为精力、心理健康、躯体角色功能、情绪角色功能、躯体健康、躯体疼痛、社会功能、总体健康;影响精力维度因素按其影响作用依次为心理健康、总体健康。影响喉全切除术后患者生存质量的因素主要有：睡眠质量、情绪控制力、社会交往状况、颈部疼痛与不适、压抑、一般活动能力、说话交流、娱乐与消遣、家庭经济影响程度、焦虑、是否拔管、外貌、是否发音重建。结论应加强对喉全切除术后患者生存质量各种影响因素的干预,努力提高其生存质量。

Analysis of the Life Quality in Patients with Total Laryngectomy
