| 摘 要： | 目的比较输尿管镜钬激光与气压弹道碎石术两种方法治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的166例输尿管结石患者的临床资料，对其临床疗效进行统计分析。结果输尿管镜钬激光碎石总有效率为97．1％，明显高于气压弹道碎石的88．6％，差异有统计学意义。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石疗效优良，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate curative effect of pneumatic lithotripsy and holmium laser by ureteroscope for ureteral stones.Methods Clinical data of 166 patients with ureteral calculus in our hospita1 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The total effective rate of holmium laser group was 97.1%,significantly higher than 88.6% in pneumatic lithotripsy group.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The clinical treatment effect by hardness ureteroscope holmium laser lithoclasty was obviously good,... |
