| 摘 要： | 目的建立栀子金花丸中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC测定栀子金花丸中黄芩苷的含量，色谱条件为HypersiL ODS（5μm，4．6×200mm）柱，以甲醇-水-磷酸（47：53：0．2）为流动相。结果此方法线性良好，平均加样回收率为100．4％，RSD为1．2％。结论本方法精密度高，分离度良好，可用于测定栀子金花丸中黄芩苷的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective To work out a method to determine the content of Baicalin in Gardenia Camus Pills. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of baicalin in Gardenia Camus pills. The chromatographic condition was performed on Discovery C18 column （5μm,4.6×200mm） with a mixture of methanol -water- phosphate （47： 53： 0. 2） as mobile phase. Results The method＇s linearity was sound. The average recovery was 100.4% , and RSD was 1.2%. Conclusion The method prove to be quite precise and well dissolved, and it is a good method to determine baicalin in Gardenia Camus Pills. |
