| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨消化性溃疡复发的危险因素并提出相应防治措施,以提高治疗效果,降低消化性溃疡复发率.方法 对我院5年来162例溃疡复发患者进行回顾分析.结果 季节、饮食、烟酒嗜好、精神因素、药物等多种因素与溃疡复发有关.结论 消化性溃疡复发率较高,加强对患者健康教育与预防性用药可以降低溃疡复发率.

| Abstract: | Objective To reduce reoccurrence of peptic ulcer relapse and enhance the treatment effect,this paper discusses the risk factors of peptic ulcer relapse and presents the corresponding preventive methods and therapy.Methods Through retrospective analysis of the 162 patients with peptic ulcer relapse in our hospital.Results The peptic ulcer relapse is associated with such factors as season,diet,smoking and alcohol,psychological factors and drugs.Conclusion The rate of peptic ulcer relapse is rather high;howeve... |
