| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年退行性心脏瓣膜病的超声心动图特点，评价超声心动图对老年退行性心脏瓣膜病的检查价值，分析其发病的相关危险因素。方法回顾分析2008-2011年986例60岁以上老年人的彩色多谱勒超声心动图及临床资料。结果检出289例退行性心瓣膜病患者。发病率随年龄增长而呈上升趋势，以主动脉瓣钙化发生率最高，其次为二尖瓣钙化。与高血压、糖尿病、高胆固醇血症密切相关。同时可合并心律失常、脑栓塞及心功能不全。结论超声心动图可及早发现老年退行性心脏瓣膜病变，为临床早期治疗提供诊断依据。
