| 摘 要： | 目的探讨快速康复外科（fast track surgery,FTS）理念在乳腺癌围手术期护理中的作用。方法将60例乳腺癌病人随机分为两组,实验组,即实施FTS组和对照组,即传统护理组。观察根治术后并发症的发生情况和患侧上肢功能恢复情况。结果实验组与对照组皮下积液和皮瓣坏死的发生率无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,实验组患侧上肢水肿的发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）,术后患肢功能恢复优良率高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论 FTS护理模式用于乳腺癌围手术期护理,对患侧肢体功能恢复具有的促进作用,且不增加并发症的发生率。
