| 摘 要： | 目的探讨补肾强督方治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的疗效与安全性。方法本研究共入选50例门诊和住院患者,予补肾强督方治疗,每日1剂,早晚分服,疗程6个月,观察治疗前后疾病活动指数、功能指数、全身疼痛评分、晨僵时间、中轴关节压痛指数、枕墙距、指地距、胸廓活动度、schober征、血沉、C-反应蛋白等。结果各项指标均有显著改善(P<0.05～0.001),且均未出现血常规、尿常规改变及肝肾功能损害。结论补肾强督方对强直性脊柱炎有较好的疗效,且具有安全性。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the curative effect and safety of Bushen Qiangdu Fang in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis (AS).
