牛樟芝总三萜提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的 优选牛樟芝总三萜提取工艺.方法 采用四因素三水平正交试验法,以牛樟芝总三萜的含量为检测指标优选其最佳提取工艺.结果 影响提取的主次因素为提取次数>提取时间>提取溶剂>溶剂用量.结论 最佳提取工艺条件为3倍量95%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1h.

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technology of total triterpenes of Antrodia camphorata.Methods The orthogonal test of four factors at three different levels was applied with the content of total triterpenes as index.Results The sequence of factors was as follows: times of exaction > extraction time> extraction solvent > dose of solvent.Conclusion The optimum condition of extraction technology was 3 times of 95% ethanol extracted for 3 times,and 1h each time.
