| 摘 要： | 目的评价托吡卡胺滴眼液对青少年近视患者眼调节幅度的影响。方法治疗前以镜片法分别测量受试者左眼调节幅度，受试者每晚睡前以0．25％托吡卡胺滴眼液点双眼各一滴，治疗1个月后以同样方法测量同一眼的调节幅度。采用SPSSl5．0应用软件包对不同分组进行比较分析。结果轻度近视组AMP治疗后较治疗前有明显提高，P〈0．01。中度近视组AMP治疗后有一定有改善，但治疗前后无显著性变化，P〉0．05。结论托吡卡胺滴眼液可显著提高低度青少年近视患者的调节幅度。
