| Abstract: | Objective To develop an HPLC method for determine the content of emodin and chrysophanoc in Lidan Xiaoshi Pian. Methods This analysis was performed on an Agila Venusil MP-C18 column （ 250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm ） ; The mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-0.1% phosphoeic acid solution; The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 ; the column was maintained at 35 ℃, and the detection wavelength was set at 376nm. Results The linear ranges were18.26-456.5 ng （ r^2=1.000 0 ） for emodin, 40.56-1 014ng （ r^2=l.000 0 ） for chrysophanoc; The average recoveries （n=6） of 4 components were 99.3%, 100.8%.Conclusion The developed method is simple, rapid and accurate with high repeatability and suitable for the quantitative analysis of emodin and chrysophanoc in Lidan Xiaoshi Plan. |
