生脉软胶囊浸膏提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的 优化生脉软胶囊浸膏提取工艺条件.方法 用HPLC分别测定了渗漉液和干浸膏中五味子甲素的含量,采用单因素考察法,确立了渗漉速度.结果 渗漉速度以1~3 mL/min最好,减压回收及真空干燥的工艺过程和生脉饮剂型相比,没有产生改变.结论 该含量测定方法对五味子甲素含量定量准确,优化工艺稳定可行.

Abstract:Objective To optimize the best extraction process for the extractum of Shengmai soft capsule. Methods The content of percolate and deoxyschisandrin in dry extract were determined by using HPLC method and the permeability velocity was established by single factor investigation method. Results This indicates that the best permeability velocity was at 1-3 mL·min^-1, no remarkable changes were found in the process of vacuum recovery and drying by comparing the formulation of Shengmai Yin. Conclusion This method was accurate which can be used for the determination of deoxyschizandrin,the optimal process was stable and feasible.
