| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method for quantitative determination of Paeoniflorin in Danggui Yangxue Pill.Methods HPLC was used in this study. Kromasil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）colunm was used and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid （14 ： 86）.The detecition~wavelength was set at 230nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The linear range of Paeoniflorin were 12.68-126.8 μg/mL （r = 0.999 9）.The average recovery rate and RSD were 99.32%and 0.38%.Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reliable, and can effectively control the quality of Danggui Yangxue Pill. |
