摘    要:目的 确定苍耳草的最佳采收期.方法 用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定不同生长采收期苍耳草中绿原酸的含量.结果 绿原酸的含量6月份最高,7月份含量最低.结论 若以绿原酸含量为指标,苍耳草的最佳采收期定为6月份为宜.

Abstract:Objective To confirm the harvest period of Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex Widder.Methods The content of chlorogenic acid from Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex Widder.harvested in different periods was determined by HPLC.Results The content of chlorogenic acid from Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex Widder.harvested in May was the highest,and the lowest in July.Conclusion The optimized harvest period of Xanthium sibiricum Patrin ex Widder.was May,according to the content of chlorogenic acid.
