摘    要:目的 对清肺抑火滴丸的成型工艺进行优化.方法 采用正交试验设计法,以滴丸的外观(圆整度、色泽、硬度)、丸重变异系数和溶散时间为考察指标,对提取物与基质配比、料温、基质的配比以及滴距等进行了优化.结果 清肺抑火滴丸的最佳成型工艺为:提取物与基质的配比为1∶1,料温为80℃,聚乙二醇4000与聚乙二醇6000的配比为2∶1...

Abstract:Objective To optimize the preparative technique of Qingfeiyihuo Dropping Pills.Methods Based on the appearance,variation coefficient of weight of pills,time limit of dissolution of the dropping pills,the proper proportion between the extracts and matrix,dripping temperature,the ratio of matrix,as well as the distance of drops were studied by the orthogonal test.Results The optimum condition was as follows: ratio between extracts and matrix was 1:1,the dripping temperature was 80 ℃,the ratio between PEG4000 and PEG6000 was 2:1,and the dropping distance was 8 cm.Conclusion The preparative technique was convenient,reasonable and feasible.The appearance was good,and the variation coefficient of weight of pills and time limit of dissolution of the dropping pills met the reguirements.
