经皮肾镜治疗复杂性肾结石

目的探讨经皮肾镜取石术（PCNL）治疗复杂性肾结石的疗效及安全性。方法对2005年1月至2009年12月共146例复杂性肾结石临床资料分析总结。结果146例复杂性肾结石经PCNL技术治疗。Ⅰ期结石清除率为75．3％（110／146）；Ⅱ期手术10例，结石清除率为100％。手术时间平均为95分钟，住院时间平均为21天。并发症为出血1例（需输血），尿外渗5例，发热10例。右半结肠穿孔1例，全部恢复出院。结论PCNL治疗复杂性肾结石只要规范操作，是安全有效的，并发症少，为首选的治疗方法。

Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy(PCNL) Treatment of Complicated Renal Calculi

Objective To explore tile therapeutical effects and safety of PCNL on complicated renal calculi. Methods 146 cases were collected and analyzed, who suffered from complicated renal calculi and received the Ireatmenl of PCNL from January 2005 to December 2009. Results The stone clearance rate of phase Ⅰ was 75.3% （110/146） , 10 cases received phase Ⅱ operation, and the stone clearance rate was 100%. The mean operation time was 95 minutes, and the mean hospitalization was 21 days. Postoperative complications are as tbllows： bleeding （ 1case, transtusion needed） , urinary extravasation （5 cases） , fever （10 cases） and right -sided colon perforation （lease）. They all recovered arid finally discharged. Conclusion PCNL is the first treatment choice of patients who have complicated renal calculi. It is safe, ef fective and has fewer complications only if operated specifically.
