| 摘 要： | 目的 对主要产地不同批号半夏及水半夏中氨基酸含量进行了测定和比较.方法 采用L-8800全自动氨基酸分析仪进行测定.结果 半夏总氨基酸含量低于水半夏.结论 为半夏药材资源的开发利用提供了依据.

| Abstract: | Objective To measure and compare amino acids content of Pinelliae Rhizoma and Typhonii Flagelliformis Rhizoma.Methods Using L-8800 automatic amino acid analyzer to determine.Results Total amino acids content of Pinelliae Rhizoma is lower than that of Typhonii Flagelliformis Rhizoma.Conclusion To provide a scientific basis for the quality standardization and further development and using of Pinelliae Rhizoma. |
