| Abstract: | Objective To observe the long-term toxicity of Qiyeshenan Diwan in the rats.Methods SD rats were given 50,150 and 300 mg/kg of Qiyeshenan Diwan respectively for 30 days consecutively,and hematology,biochemical parameters,organ coefficient,organ histology and weight index of the rats were tested.Results Hematology,biochemical parameters,organ coefficient,organ histology and weight index of the rats had not significant difference(P>0.05) with those of the controls,and no abnormality was found in histological... |
