| 摘 要： | 目的 研究早期应用低分子肝素(LMWH)治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效.方法 随机将70例急性脑梗塞患者分成二组,分别采用低分子肝素及低右丹参(低右组)治疗,观察二组治疗后10天及3月时疗效;同时检测治疗前后血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)、D-二聚体(D-dimer).结果 LMWH组治疗急性脑梗塞(10天和3月)有效率明显高于低右组(P<0.05),治疗后t-PA较治疗前增加,以LMWH组为明显(P<0.005),用药后二组D-dimer相比差异显著(P

| Abstract: | ve To study the therapeutic effects of LMWH for acute cerebral infarction. Methods70 cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided randomly into two groups, LM WH, Dextran, plasma t-PA andD-dimer were determined before and after treatment. Results The obviously therapeutic effects were observed inLMWH group compared with Dextran group after 10 days and 3 months. t-PA and D-dimer of concentration werehigher in LMWH group in post-treatment than pre-treatment (P < 0.005), marked significance was found in bothgroups after treatment (P < 0. 01, P < 0. 05). Conclusion Early administration of LMWH may increase the activityof plastin, promote the embolus to dissolve and the recovery of nervous function. |
