2008~2009年新乡市饮水型地方性氟中毒流行病学调查

摘    要:目的掌握新乡市地方性氟中毒病情现状,为制定预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法将新乡市所有地方性氟中毒病村按改水前的水氟含量分为轻、中、重3类,采用流行病学抽样调查方法,2008~2009年对调查村饮水含氟量与有关病情指标进行检查。结果轻、中、重病区水氟含量均值分别为1.03、2.17、3.24 mg/L,范围0.25~7.70 mg/L;8~12岁儿童群体尿氟几何均值为2.10 mg/L,个体最大值12.20 mg/L;成人群体尿氟几何均值为1.55 mg/L,个体最大值10.50mg/L;8~12岁童氟斑牙总检出率、氟斑牙指数分别为64.01%和1.4;16岁以上成人临床与X线氟骨症总检出率分别为5.80%、9.90%。结论目前新乡市地方性氟中毒流行较严重,应进一步加大控制力度。
