| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肺内炎性结节的CT表现.方法:本文分析了23例经手术病理切除、CT引导下穿刺及临床追踪证实的肺内炎性肿块的CT表现及其鉴别诊断.结果:上叶3例,中叶7例,下叶19例,单发17例,多发6例,密度均匀21例,不均8例,分叶征18例,胸膜反应20例,晕轮征6例,锥形或三角形10例,类圆形或椭圆形9例,不规则形10例,粗长毛刺17例,空气支气管征4例.结论:CT对肺内炎性结节的位置、形状、密度及周边征象显示较好,和肺癌可以鉴别.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate CT appearance of inflammatory nodule of lung.Method:The CT appearance of 23 cases with inflammatory nodule of lung were analyzed.All cases were proved by clinical and pathological findings.Result:Upper lobe 3 cases,middle lobe 7 cases,lower lobe 13 cases,single nodule 17 cases,multinodule 6 cases,uniform density 12 cases,inhomogeneous density 11 cases,part leave sign 18 cases,pleura reaction 20 cases,halo sign 3 cases,cone or triangle shape 8 cases,similar to sphere or ovar shape 9 cases,irregular shape 6 cases,long coarse spine sign 17 cases,vacuole or bronchiole vacuole 4 cases.Conclusion:CT can show location,shape and surrounding sign well of inflammatory nodule of lung,which can differentiate from lung cancer. |
