| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中老年人自发性气胸护理的体会。方法①材料与方法;②处理原则;③气胸急救护理;④气胸护理中应注意的问题。结果在新的护理模式要求下,临床护理人员要不断更新知识,才能承担起促进患者早日康复的任务。结论正确施行胸腔闭式引流护理、密切观察病情变化及指导病人避免诱发气胸的诱因是本病康复的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the nursing experience of spontaneous pneumothorax in aged patients.Methods ①materials and methods;②principles;③first aid and nursing of pneumothorax;④the problem paid attention to in pneumothorax nursing.Results At the request of the new nursing model,clinical nurses must constantly update their knowledge in order to assume the task of promoting early recovery of patients.Conclusion The correct implementation of closed thoracic drainage nursing,close observation of disease changes and guiding the patients to prevent disease induced pneumothorax incentive are the key to the rehabilitation of this disease. |
