输精管三种节育术后随访调查

本文报道输精管三种节育术后并发症、配偶怀孕和自诉为术后并发疵的随访调查8917例的结果。三种术后并发症发生率1.11％(血肿0.04％,感染0.08％,痛性结节0.46％,附睾郁积症0.38％,神经官能症0.11％),其中男扎并发症为1.21％,男堵1.03％,Ⅱ号药0.72％,三种木式术后并发症发生率间差别无显著意义。配偶怀孕总发生率1.59％,其中节育半年后怀孕0.77％,半年内怀孕0.52％,术前已怀孕0.23％,社会因素怀孕0.05％。自诉为术后并发症发生率1.48％。调查表明,输精管三种节育术是安全的,各种并发症低,效果可靠。

FOLLOW-UP INVESTIGATION ON THE COMPARISON OF THREE KINDS OF VESECTOMY (VASOCCLUSION) METHODS

This paper reports the complaints, complications, and spouse pregnancy rate of patients received one of the operations on vas deferens.The overall complication rate of 8917 cases was 1.11%(hematoma 0.04%; infection 0.08%; tubercle 0.46%; epididymis stagnation 0.38%; neurosis 0.11%).The incidence rate of complication was 1.21%in vasectomy,1.03% in vasocclusion and 0.72% in the method using No. 2 drug.There is no significant differences between the incidence of the complications of three groups.The total spouse pregnancy rate was 1.59%, among them, pregnancy happened at half year after sterilization was 0.77%, in half year 0.51%, before operation 0.23%, due to social causes 0.05%.This investigation showed that these three operations are all safe and reliable, the incidence of complications is low.
