临床医学创新教育探索

摘    要:医学科学的飞速发展和社会进步,使教育正面临着新的考验,主要表现为"三个不适应":①医学教学不能适应医学科学技术的发展;②临床课程建设不能适应现代学科的融合、交叉与拓展;③培养的医学人才不能适应现代社会的需求。医学教育创新要求我们在认识上、实践中应做到以下三点:①重组与优化教育要素——课程设置、教学手段和评价体系。②开展素质教育,培养创造性人才。③开设医学思维和创造力培养课程。

Abstract:With the development of medical science and social progress, medical education is facing new challenges, which is reflected in 3 aspects. First, medical education cannot keep up with the development of medical science and technology. Second, the setting of clinical courses comes into conflict with integration, intercrossing and expansion of modern disciplines. Third, medical graduates cannot meet the requirements of modern society. The focus of medical education innovation should be as follows: rearranging and optimizing the basic elements of education, namely curriculum, means of teaching and system of evaluation; carrying out quality-oriented education to cultivate innovative medical talents; and offering new courses for cultivating creative thinking.
