摘    要:目的:建立复方二氧化钛软膏中防晒剂的鉴别和含量测定方法。方法:以显色反应鉴定二氧化钛,采用HPLC法同时测定二苯酮-3(MC40)和甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯(MC80)的含量。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(200min×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇:水(90:10);流速1.0mL/min;柱温35℃;检测波长0~9min为287nm,9~20min为309nm。结果:MC40和MC80分别在30-300μg/mL和100~1000 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系。精密度、回收率、重复性和稳定性均符合方法学要求。结论:该方法准确、可靠、快速,适用于复方二氧化钛软膏的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for identification and quantitative determination of sunscreen agents in com pound titanium dioxide ointment. Methods: Titanium dioxide was identified by color reaction. HPLC method was used for simultaneous determination of benzophenone-3 (MC40) and octyl methoxycinnamate ( MC80 ). A Diamonsil C18 column (200 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water(90 : 10) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The gradient detec tion wavelengths were at 287 nm in 0 9 min and 309 nm in 9-20 min. Results:Good linearities were obtained in the ranges of 30- 300 μg/mL and 100-1 000 μg/mL for MC40 and MC80, respectively. The precision, recovery, reproducibility and stability met the requirements of methodology. Conclusion: This method is accurate, reliable, rapid and suitable for the quality control of compound titanium dioxide ointment.
