不分泌与多克隆型多发性骨髓瘤8例分析

摘    要:少见类型多发性骨髓瘤(MM)8例中,不分泌型3例,血清蛋白检查与常见MM相反,TP显著降低(44~57g/L),而且以球蛋白降低为主(10~21g/L),血内5种Ig均降低,尿内无BJP。多克隆型5例,具有2种以上的M蛋白,TP显著增高(80~126g/L),A/G倒置显著,其中IgG-IgM-BJP型2例、IgG-IgM型1例、IgG-IgA-BJP型2例。

Abstract:To further explore the hemodynamic mechanisms underlying the Chinese traditional sphygmology, Doppler echocardiography( DE ) and radial arterial electropulsography (RE) were performed in 53 normal subjects and 166 cases of various heart diseases. Ten hemodynamic indexes were derived from DE measurements and five types of pulses were selected for hemodynamic comparisons. The results showed that:(1) a normal heart rate, heart rhythm, cardiac output and systemic vascular resistance form the hemodynamic basis of the normal pulse; (2) a reduced cardiac output, an elevated systemic vascular resistance and a prolonged left ventricular ejection time make up the hemodynamic basis of the taut pulse; (3) an increased heart rate ,cardiac output and left ventricular ejection rate and a normal or decreased systemic vascular resistance constitute the hemodynamic basis of the slippery pulse: (4) a heart rate lower than that in the taut pulse and blood presure higher than that in the slippery pulee. compose the hemodynamic basis of the taut and slippery pulse; and (5) a markedly reduced cardic output and left ventricular ejection rate and an elevated systemic vascular resistance establish the hemodynamic basis of the uneven pulse. It is concluded that the Chinese traditional classification of pulse. s has a solid and scientific basis.
