近红外光谱法快速测定知母中芒果苷的含量

摘    要:目的:应用近红外光谱技术建立快速测定知母中芒果苷含量的方法。方法:以HPLC所测样品中芒果苷的含量为参考值,将近红外光谱与知母中芒果苷的含量进行关联,对光谱预处理方法和建模区间进行了考察,采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立定量分析模型。结果:通过比较最终确定以SNV+SG+Second Derivative对光谱进行预处理,结合软件的波长区间优化功能,确定4 139.58~5 068.56 cm-1为最佳波段。结果 100份知母样品所建立的芒果苷的定量分析模型内部交叉验证决定系数(R2)校正均方根偏差(RMSEC)、预测均方根偏差(RMSEP)分别为0.963 61,0.061 6,0.088 1。结论:该方法准确、快速、简便,建立的定量分析模型,能够对知母中芒果苷的含量进行快速测定。

Abstract:Objective: Determine the content of mangiferin in Anemarrhenae Rhizoma by near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS). Method: Use the content of mangiferin in samples determined by HPLC as reference value. The quantitative model of mangiferin in Anemarrhenae Rhizoma was established by NIRS combining with partial least squares(PLS). Result: The correlation coefficients (R2) was 0.963 61, the root mean square error of calibration (RMSEC) was 0.061 6, the root mean square error of predication (RMSEP) was 0.088 1. Conclusion: The method is accurate, fast, simple. It can be used as a rapid detection method for Anemarrhenae Rhizoma.
