| Abstract: | An 81-year-old male was admitted to our hospital with dysarthria. Electrocardiogram revealed complete atrioventricular conduction block and then temporary pacemaker was performed. Nine days later, massive hemothorax was presented, but not pericardial effusion existed by echocardiography and chest computer tomography findings. Being a rare complication of transvenous temporary pacemaker insertion, we discussed the delayed hemothorax without associated pericardial effusion. |
