| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨IL-18在骨关节炎发病机制中的作用及临床意义,检测膝骨关节炎关节滑液中细胞因子白介素-18(IL-18)和IL-6、IL-8、炎症介质前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量关系.方法 30例膝骨关节炎患者的关节滑液,男14例、女16例,ELISA分别检测IL-18、IL-6、IL-8和PGE2含量,并对IL-18和这些因子做统计学分析.结果 骨关节炎患者膝关节滑液中PGE2的含量随IL-18增加有增高的趋势,IL-18的平均值(220±304)pg/ml,PGE2的平均值为(89±104)pg/ml.30例患者膝关节滑液IL-18和PGE2呈正相关关系(r=0.628,P<0.01);与此同时,IL-6的平均值为(1200±1587)pg/ml与IL-8的平均值为(5190±6024)pg/ml,表明IL-6和IL-8的增高与IL-18存在一定的正相关关系.结论 人体中IL-18能促进PGE2的表达.说明IL-18可能参与了软骨细胞的变性、破坏.抑制IL-18的表达可能成为一种早期治疗骨关节炎的有效方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the concentrations of interleukin-18 (IL-18), IL-6, IL-8, and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) in the synovial fluid in patients with osteoarthritis (OA), and explore the role of IL-18 in the pathogenesis of OA.
