摘    要:目的 建立射干药材XRD的鉴定分析新方法.方法 采用粉末X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱鉴定法.结果 通过对5个射干中药材进行实验、计算分析,获得了各样品的Fourier指纹图谱、特征标记峰值和相似度,并结合X射线衍射半定量相分析比较各个组分中α-石英、一水草酸钙、蔗糖的含量.结论 X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱鉴定法可用于中药材射干的鉴定.

Abstract:Objective To develop a new identification and analysis method of Rhizoma Belamcandae.Methods Powder X-ray diffraction Fourier pattern was used.Results Experiments and analysis were carried out on five samples.The X-ray diffraction Fourier finger print pattern and characteristic diffraction peaks of Rhizoma Belamcandae were obtained,and QXRD analysis was used to compare the conterts of α-quartz、calcium oxalate monohydrate, sucrose in all campses.Conclusion This method can be used for identification of Chinese medicinal materias of Rhizoma Belamcandae.
