发作性睡病的中西医治疗进展

发作性睡病是一种睡眠障碍性疾病,严重影响人们的工作和生活。目前西医治疗发作性睡病药物,如中枢兴奋剂哌醋甲酯、莫达非尼,抗抑郁药氟西汀、文拉法辛等疗效肯定,新药研发也有一定进展。中医是以脏腑、经络辨证体系为指导,以中药、针灸治疗发作性睡病有一定的优势,体现在副作用少,取得较好疗效。中西医结合治疗可以提高临床疗效。今后对中医治疗发作性睡病进行大样本循证医学研究,制定统一规范的证候标准及疗效判断标准显得十分重要。

The treatments of Chinese traditional medicine and acupuncture have remarkable reponderance, especially less or no obvious harmly reaction than modern medicine. It shows its superiority in treating this disease. Combining tradition- al Chinese and western medicine treatment of Narcolepsy will improve the therapeutic effect. In the future , the research of Chinese medicine treatment of narcolepsy should focus on the large samples of evidencebased medical research and make uniform standards and specifications Syndrome Clinical Criteria.
