盐酸精氨酸注射液抗高血压作用研究

目的：研究盐酸精氨酸注射液有无抗高血压作用。方法：单次给予肾性高血压犬盐酸精氨酸150mg／kg、300、600mg／kg，观察血压变化，单次给予麻醉开胸犬盐酸精氨酸600、1200mg／kg，观察血压、左室做功总外周阻力、心脏泵血功能、心率、左室收缩功能、冠脉循环有无影响。结果：肾性高血压犬给予盐酸精氨酸150mg／kg后，血压无明显变化，给予300、600mg／kg后，血压均明显下降，ED-20mmHg(SBP下降20mmHg剂量)为504mg／kg。降压时对心率无明显影响，麻醉开胸犬给予600、1200mg／kg后，血压明显下降，左室做功无明显减少，总外周阻力明显下降，心脏泵血功能无变化，心率无明显变化，不改变左室收缩功能，对冠脉循环无明显影响。结论：盐酸精氨酸注射液具有抗高血压作用。

Study the anti-hypertension effect of Sodium Chloride Arginine

Objective:We study the anti-hyptertension effect of Sodium Chloride Arginine. Methods:After RHD is infused Sodium Chloride (150,300,600mg/kg). We observe the change of BP. After anesthetized open-chest dog is infused Sodium Chloride Argininge(600,1200mg/kg).We observe the change of BP,lvw,TPR, the function of bumping blood about heart, HA, the left ventricular systole and coronary cycle. Results:After RHD is infused Sodium Chloride Arginine(150mg/kg), BP has no obvious change, Given 300, 600 mg/kg, Bp has significant change, and DE -20mmHg (SBP reduces 20mmHg dosage)is 504mg/kg.At the same time,the HR has no significant effect. After anesthetized open-chest dog is infused. Sodium Chloride Arginine(600,1200mg/kg), Bp drops obviously,LVW reduces significantly. TPR drops obviously,the function of bumping blood about heart and HA unchanged, the action of left ventricular systole unchanged and coronary cycle has no obvious variation. Conclusions:Sodium Chloride has the function of anti-hypertension.
