女性更年期高血压病患者超敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸的变化及意义

摘    要:目的通过研究同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在女性更年期高血压病中的变化,探讨Hcy和hs-CRP与女性更年期高血压病的关系。方法选取46例女性更年期高血压病患者为实验组,23例健康女性为对照组,采用荧光偏振免疫分析法测定血浆Hcy,胶乳增强免疫透射比浊法测定血清hs-CRP。结果实验组血浆Hcy及Hs-CRP值明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。实验组随着血压级别的上升,hs-CRP、血浆Hcy水平呈逐渐升高趋势,与对照组比较,2级和3级女性更年期高血压均有显著性差异(P均<0.05),1级女性更年期高血压病患者hs-CRP、血浆Hcy水平增高,但无显著性差异。2级和3级女性更年期高血压病患者hs-CRP、血浆Hcy水平均显著高于1级患者(P均<0.05)。结论女性更年期高血压病患者血浆Hcy和Hs-CRP水平随着病情发展不断升高,密切监测其变化,对女性更年期高血压病的预防、诊疗及动态监测有着重要的临床价值。

Abstract:Objective It is to approach the relationship between homocysteine (Hcy) and high-sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and female climacteric hypertension through studying the changes of plasma Hcy and hs-CRP in patients with female climacteric hypertension. Methods 46 patients with female climacteric hypertension were selected in experimental group and 23 healthy female were in control group. Plasma Hcy was detected with fluorescence polarization immunoassay. Serum hs-CRP was detected with latex enhancing immune transmission turbidimetry. Results The values of Hcy and hs-CRP in experimental group were obviously higher than that in control group (P<0.05). With the rise in blood pressure levels, the levels of hs-CRP and Hcy in experimental group were gradually rising trend. There were significant difference between stage 2 and stage 3 female climacteric hypertension patients and control group (all P<0.05). The levels of hs-CRP and Hcy in stage 1 female climacteric hypertension patients were heightened, but had no significant difference. The levels of hs-CRP and Hcy in stage 2 and stage 3 female climacteric hypertension patients were significantly higher than that in stage 1 female climacteric hypertension patients (all P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of plasma Hcy and hs-CRP in patients with female climacteric hypertension are constantly increasing with disease development. It has the important clinical significance for female climacteric hypertension to prevent, diagnose and monitor by close clinical monitoring its change.
