5-氟尿嘧啶治疗尖锐湿疣复发的临床观察

目的观察5-氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）局部注射联合外用治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及其对复发的影响。方法86例尖锐湿疣患者随机分成两组，均先采用CO2激光切除疣体。治疗组46例，待创面完全愈合后，于局部皮下注射5-Fu＋2％利多卡因注射液（按体积1：2）约0．5ml～1．0ml，2周1次，共4次，同时外用其混合液涂搽患外3日一次，共20次。对照组：采用a-干扰素300万u肌注，2日1次，10次1个疗程，之后观察2周，再重复治疗1个疗程。疗程结束后随访6个月，记录两组复发率并进行统计学处理。结果治疗组复发率为10．87％，对照组为27．50％，两组差异有显著性（X^2=3．98，P〈0．05）。结论5-Fu局部注射联合外用治疗尖锐湿疣疗效确切，复发率低，且经济实用，不失为治疗尖锐湿疣，预防其复发的有效方法之一。

Effect of local injection and outside application of 5-Fluorouracil on recurrent condyloma acuminatum

Objective To observe the effect of local injection and outside application of 5-Fluorouracil (5-Fu)on recurrent condyloma acuminatum(CA).
