摘    要:本文介绍在GaNl所致FHF大鼠模型检测SEP_s,观察肝损害进程中SEP_s的动态变化.结果发现注射GalN后24小时N_3与N_1-N_3显著缩短;48小时后N_1、P_1、N_2、P_2、N_1-N_2与N_1-P_2显著延长.说明N_2潜伏期延长可供评价HE的指标

SOMATOSENSORY EVOKED POTENTIALS IN EXPERIMENTAL FULMINANT HEPATIC FAILURE IN RAT

Abstract:Somatosensory evoked potentials (SEPs) were recorded in rat model of fulminant hepatic failure induced by galactosamine (GalN), and the dynamic changes during the process were observed. After stimulating median nerve, 4 positive peaks and 4 negative peaks, sequentially designated as I, II, N1, P1, N2, P2, N3 and P3 could be recorded from the scalp of rat over the contralateral sensory cortex within 80 ms. There were marked shortening of N3 aqd N1-N3 at 24 hour after GalN injection, and marked prolongation of N1, P1, N2, P2, N1-N2 and N1-P2 at 48 hour after GalN injection. Statistical analysis denotes that prolongation of N2 latency is a marker for assessment of experimental hepatic enceph-alopathy and may be of value in clinical diagnosis.
