正畸修复恢复前牙美学的临床研究

目的探讨正畸修复联合治疗恢复前牙美学的临床疗效。方法对我院口腔科收治的86例前牙缺失并伴有错颌畸形患者实施正畸修复联合治疗,观察成功率、复发率。结果所有患者均治疗成功,成功率为100%,治疗后牙齿均排列整齐、美观,牙齿咬合功能同时恢复正常,随访1年后未发现复发情况,患者满意度为100%。结论正畸修复联合治疗对恢复前牙美学临床效果显著,是修复前牙缺失及错颌畸形的首选治疗方法。
