多西他赛联合卡铂同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的近期疗效评估

目的评估多西他赛联合卡铂同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的近期疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的66例中晚期宫颈癌患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法分为两组各33例,对照组单纯放疗治疗,治疗组采用多西他赛联合卡铂同步放化疗治疗,比较两组患者近期临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率84.85%,高于对照组的72.73%,P〈0.05;两组不良反应发生无显著性差异,P〉0.05。结论采用多西他赛联合卡铂同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌,安全性高,近期疗效显著。

The evaluation of short-term efficacy of docetaxel combined with carboplatin concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer

Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy of docetaxel combined with carboplatin concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. Methods The clinical data of 66 cases of advanced cervical cancer patients in our hospital was taken for retrospective analysis. According to treatment methods, they were divided into the treatment group and the control group, and 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with radiotherapy atone, and the treatment group was treated with docetaxel combined with carboplatin concurrent chemoradiation therapy, compared the clinical efficacy and side reaction of the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 84.85%, significantly higher than the tota! efficiency rate in the control group of 72.73%, P〈0.05. There were no significant differences in the adverse reactions, P〉0.05. Conclusion The application of docetaxel combined with carboplatin concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer is with high safety, and the short-term efficacy is significant.
