局部亚低温治疗对于早期老年急性脑出血患者的临床研究

摘    要:目的研究局部亚低温治疗对于早期老年急性脑出血临床效果。方法将我院72例脑出血老年患者随机分为两组各36例。常规治疗组积极实施脱水降压处理,局部亚低温组在此基础上使用半导体亚低温治疗仪行头颅局部降温,密切监测治疗过程中血压、心电图、呼吸及脉搏等生命体征。分别于治疗后2h、7d后对比两组患者日常生活能力、神经功能缺损评分、并发症发生率等,治疗后随访1-5个月观察不良反应。结果治疗7d后局部亚低温组日常生活能力评分高于常规组,神经功能缺损评分低于常规组。治疗期间两组并发症无显著差异,结论局部亚低温治疗早期老年急性出血可以减少脑组织的损伤,提高生存率,改善生活质量。

Clinical study of Local mild hypotherimin on elder imtients with treating acute cerebral hemorrhage in early time
Abstract:Objective To study the effect of local mild hypotherimin treatment for early elderly acute cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods 36 patients cerebral hemorrhage older patients were selected as the research object, the acute phase bleeding in the brain. With all objects in random digital packet divided into low temperature treatment group, and the conventional treatment group. All patients were actively implementing dehydration step-down treatment, low temperature group based on the use of ice cap head do local cooling, closely monitoring the blood pressure treatment process, electrocardiogram, breathing and pulse lives, such as signs. The difference in 2h after, 7 days compared to two groups of patients daily living skills, neural function defect scale, complications, and so on. Results 7 days later, low temperature groups of patients daily life ability score higher than conventional group, and nerve function defect score below normal group. During treatment, no significant differences between the two groups complications. Conclusion Low temperature treatment early elderly acute hemorrhage can significantly reduce the complications and reduce cerebrovascular damage, and increases patient surial rates, was an early elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage protect effective.
