50例老年食管癌三维适形放疗的远期疗效分析

目的探讨三维适形放疗技术对老年食管癌患者的远期疗效。方法回顾性分析2007年1月-2009年1月在我院接受三维适形放疗的50例老年食管癌患者的临床资料,并与同期行常规分割放射治疗的50例老年食管癌患者作比较,分析局部控制率、生存率及毒副反应。结果适形组1、3、5年局部控制率和生存率明显高于常规组（P〈0.05）,治疗毒副反应发生率相似。结论三维适形放疗技术治疗老年食管癌患者安全、有效,可以有效提高远期疗效,延长患者生存期。

Long-term curative effect analy~s on three dimensional conformal mcliothemp3r for 50 senile ~tients with esophageal cancer

Objective To investigate the long-term curative effect of the three dimensional conformal radiotherapy for senile patients with esophageal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 50 elderly patients with esophageal cancer from January 2007 to January 2009 in our hospital who got three dimensional conformal radiotherapy were retrospectively analyzed, and also, compared them with another 50 elderly patients with esophageal cancer who got conventional fraction radiotherapy at the same time, analyzed its local control rate, survival rate and toxic and side reaction. Remflts Local control rate and survival rate from three dimensional conformal radiotherapy group at the 1st , 3rd and 5th years were significantly higher than those of conventional fraction radiotherapy group（P~0.05）. The incidence of toxic and adverse reactions from both groups in treatment were similar. Conclusions The three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy technique can safely and effectively treat the esophageal cancer in elderly patients, the long-term curative effect can be effectively improved and the patient survival can be proloflged.
