加巴喷丁与阿米替林联合治疗神经病理性疼痛的效果观察

目的观察加巴喷丁联合阿米替林治疗神经病理性疼痛的临床疗效。方法将90例神经病理性疼痛患者分为观察组48例、对照组42例,分别给予加巴喷丁联合阿米替林治疗4周和单纯应用加巴喷丁治疗4周。采用VAS评分方法评估疗效,观察不良反应发生率。结果观察组有效率显著高于对照组、不良反应率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。与对照组比较,观察组治疗后VAS评分明显下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论加巴喷丁联合阿米替林治疗神经病理性疼痛安全有效。

Observation of neuropathic pain treatment effect of gabapentin and amitriptyline

Objective Using gabapentin combined with amitriptyline in the treatment of neuropathic pain,to observe its clinical curative effect.Methods Patients with neuropathic pain in 48 cases for the observation group,with gabapentin combined with amitriptyline for 4 weeks;42 patients with neurogenic pathological pain for the control group,the simple application of gabapentin in the treatment of 4 weeks.Evaluation of the curative effect of using VAS scoring method,observe the incidence rate of adverse reaction.Results In the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,VAS score decreased significantly after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Gabapentin combined with amitriptyline in the treatment of neuropathic pain is safe and effective.
