| 摘 要： | 目的观察放射性核素89锶(89SrCl2)对骨转移癌的止痛疗效,并总结护理体会.方法各类骨转移癌患者共58例均以同一剂量静脉注射给药,即4mci/人89SrCl2治疗,随访3个月-1年.结果经89SrCl2治疗后总有效率85.89%,未发现严重不良反应.结论89SrCl2治疗骨转移癌疼痛疗效明显,使多数患者的生活质量得以改善,部分患者病灶缩小或消失,起到了缓解病情延长生命的作用,是一种安全有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the analgesic effect of radio nuclides ^89Sr（^89SrCl2） on bone metastases, and summarize the nursing experience. Methods 58 cases with different bone metastases recieved ^89SrCl2 treatment in the same dose （ie 4mci/person） intravenous administration , and the follow-up time was from 3 months to 1 year after treatment. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate was 85.89%, with no serious adverse reactions. Conclusions Treated metastatic bone cancer pain by ^89SrCl2 was effective, the majority of the patient＇s quality of life can be improved. The lesions in bones were shrinked or disappeared in most patients. It played the role of life-prolonging remission of disease, and it is safe and effective treatment. |
