复方替硝唑泡腾片的制备及临床应用

目的:研制复方替硝唑泡腾片并观察临床疗效.方法:以替硝唑和左氧氟沙星为主要原料研制成泡腾片,经临床治疗观察100例阴道炎患者,并与甲硝唑泡腾片治疗的100例患者作对照分析.结果:复方替硝唑泡腾片时细菌性阴道炎的治愈率为90.0%、对照组为66.7%,两组间有极其显著性差异.两组对混合性阴道炎的治愈率分别为91.1%和60.6%,两组间有显著性差异.结论:复方替硝唑泡腾片对细菌性阴道炎和混合性阴道炎的疗效明显高于甲硝唑泡腾片.

Preparation and Clinical Application of Compound Tinidazole Effervescent Tablets

Objective: To prepare compound tinidazole effervescent tablets and observed the clinical therapy effect.Methods: the efferyescent tablets were prepared with tinidazole and levofloxacin as a main meterials, the 100 patients with vaginitis were observed and compared with 100 patients treated with tinidazole efferyescent tablets.Result: The curing rate of compound tinidazole effervescent tablets for bacterial vaginitis was 90%,that of the contcolled group was 66.7% ( P < 0.01 ). The curing rates of mixed infectious vaginitis in both groups were 91.1% and 60.6% ( P < 0.01 ), respectively. Conclusion: The therapy effect of compound tinidazole efferyescent tablets on the bacterial vaginitis and mixed infectious vaginitis is higher significantly than the tinidazole effervescent tablets.
