| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨马来酸曲美布汀联合黄连素治疗肠易激综合症临床疗效.方法:选择56例肠易激综合征患者,分为对照组和治疗组,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予马来酸曲美布汀,治疗组在对照组基础上给予黄连素,观察两组的疗效.结果:治疗组的总有效率(92.5%)与对照组总有效率(75.0%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:马来酸曲美布汀联合黄连素治疗肠易激综合征疗效显著,不良反应小,值得临床借鉴.
