溪黄草对代谢综合征患者血栓前状态及前炎性状态标志物的作用

Effect of isodon serra (maxim) kudo on the markers of prekronbotic state and preimflammation state in metabolize syndrome

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of isodon. serra (maxim) kudo on the markers of prekronbotic state and preimflammation state in Metabolize syndrome. Methods 100 patients with abnormal markers of prekronbotic state and preimflammation state in metabolize syndrome were randomly divided into treatment groupⅠ (groupⅠ, n=50) and treatment groupⅡ(groupⅡ, n=50). Healthy controls (groupsⅢ, n=50) without treatment. The patients in groupⅠand groupⅡ drinked with isodon. serra(maxim) kudo( 5 g soaked in 50-60 degrees 50 ml water for 60 minutes) for 28 days(GroupⅠq.d, GroupsⅡ b.i.d). The plasma ET, VwF, GMP-140, DD, hs-CRP, ALT, AST and BNU of the groupⅠandⅡ were detected in the day before treatment and 29th day after treatment. ALT, AST and BUN were detected in 7th,14th, and 21th day after treatment. Results ① Remarkable difference was found on the levels of plasma ET,VwF,GMP-140,DD and hs-CRP in groupⅠand Ⅱ before treatment compared with those in groups Ⅲ (P﹤0.01). ② Remarkable difference in groupⅠand Ⅱ was found on the levels of plasma ET, VwF, GMP-140, DD and hs-CRP before treatment compared with those after treatment (P﹤0.05). ③ No difference was found on the levels of plasma ET,VwF,GMP-140,DD and hs-CRP after treatment between groupⅠandⅡ (P﹥ 0.05). Conclusion Isodon. serra (Maxim)Kudo can influence the markers of prekronbotic state and preimflammation state in metabolize syndrome.
