复方氨基酸胶囊的稳定性研究

摘    要:用优选法处理自由变温加速试验数据,研究了复方氨基酸胶囊的稳定性。试验中考查了胶囊中最不稳定的色氨酸的含量变化。结果表明,复方氨基酸胶囊的室温贮存期约为2.4年。

Abstract:The stability of compound amino acid capsule was studied with flexible heatingexperiment.A computer controlled temperature recording system was used in the experiment.Thedegradation of the capsule was evaluated based on the content of L-tryptophan,the most unstablecomponent in the capsule. Optimization was used in the computation. Results indicate that theobserved activation energy of the compound amino acid capsule is about 72.36kJ·mol-1 and the shelf-life at room temperature is abut 2.4 years.
