| 摘 要： | 慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)是以粒系增生为主要表现的恶性克隆性疾病。CML的治疗的目的是消除症状,控制血液和遗传学异常,最大限度地延长生存期,常规治疗包括羟基脲、白消安、干扰素、联合化疗及造血干细胞移植等。CML的治疗已发展为一个复杂而有序的系统。本文就CML治疗方面的进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Chronicmyloid leukemia（CML） is a clonal hematopoietic stern cell disorder,characterized by granulocytic leukocytosis and immaturity. The CML treatment＇s goal is to eliminate symptoms, control blood and genetic abnormalities, meanwhile prolonging the overall survival. The treatment of CML includes hydroxyurea,bulsulfan, interferon-α, combination chemotherapy, hemotapoietic stem cell transplantation. This article reviewed the development of CML therapy. |
