心先安对扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者校正QT离散度(QTcd)的影响

目的 探讨心先安对扩张型心肌病(DCM)心力衰竭患者校正QT离散度(QTod)的影响。方法 将56例DCM心力衰竭患者随机分为心先安治疗组和非心先安治疗组各28例。观察分析2组DCM心力衰竭患者经心先安和非心先安治疗前后QTcd的变化。结果 治疗前后心先安组QTcd分别为(76.4±27.2)ms和(36.3±17.1)ms;治疗前后非心先安组QTcd分别为(73.5±22.8)ms和(53.7±13.6)ms。与治疗前比较,2组心力衰竭患者治疗后QTcd均有减少,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),以心先安治疗组减少更为明显。治疗后2组问QTcd比较,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 心先安可以明显降低DCM心力衰竭患者的QTcd。

The effect of meglumine cyclic adeylate on QTc dispersion in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy congestive heart failure

Objective To explore the effect of meglumine cyclic adeylate on QTc dispersion in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) congestive heart failure. Methods 56 DCM heart failure patients were divided randomly into two groups,28 patients in treatment group were treated with meglumine cyclinc adeylate, and the other 28 patients in control group were not treated with meglumine cyclic adeylate, the variability of QTc before and after treatment for both groups was observed. Results The QTcd in treatment group before and after treatment was(76.4 ± 27. 2)ms and(36.3 ± 17. l)ms respectively; which was(73.5 ± 22.8)ms and(53.7 ± 13.6)ms in control group respectively. The QTcd in both groups was decreased after treatment, as compared with that before treatment,there was a significant difference( P < 0.01) .There was also a significant difference in OTcd after treatment between two groups( P < 0.01). Conclusion Meglumine cyclic adeylate can reduce markedly the QTcd in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy congestive heart failure.
