| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨造血干细胞移植患者感染的防治方法。方法：总结了15例造血干细胞移植患者的临床资料。结果：15例造血干细胞移植患者中8例(53．3％)发生不同程度的感染，其中2例(13．3％)为严重感染，1例死于严重口腔、呼吸道感染及颅内出血，其余所有患者经治疗后感染控制良好，无相关死亡。结论：制定严格的消毒隔离制度、严格的无菌护理、有效及时的抗生素应用是减少造血干细胞移植患者感染的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the prevention and cure of infection in the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for Hematological Malignancies and Tumors. Methods: The clinical data of 15 cases by hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were analyzed. Results: Of the 15 cases, infection was observed in 8 cases (53 3%) including 2 severe cases (13 3%). In the patients with infection, 7 survived after treatment. Only 1 died for severe infection of mouth cavity and respiratory tract and intracranial hemorrhage. Conclusion: Establishing strictly system of disinfection and isolation, nursing with asepsis and using antibiotics as soon as possible are effective meatures to relieve the infection of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. |
