正常豚鼠听性脑干反应的时域及频域分析

摘    要:测试正常豚鼠90耳听性脑干反应(ABR),得出其各波的潜伏期、振幅及各波识别率。按其(?)波将波形分成6类,其中以Ⅲ波为主波的波型占71.1%。用数字滤波方法及自回归模型(AR模型)谱估计,对各类波型进行频域分析,结果表明正常豚鼠ABR的主要频率成分在1600Hz以下,在该范围内,AR谱有3个峰,其均值分别为107.33Hz;566.67Hz;1076Hz。各类波型的AR谱十分相似。

Abstract:The auditory brainstem response(ABR) was measured in 90 cars of normal guinea pigs. The mean latency, amplitude and the recognition of waves were obtained. The waves were classified as six types. It was found that the main wave III was 77.1 percent. Analysis of frequency domain was carried out for each type using digital filtering and auto-regressivc(AR) estimating. The main frequency composition one ABR of guinea pigs was restricted within 1 600 Hz, in which there were three pcaks at AR spectrum.The mean values of the peaks were 107.33 Hz, 566.67 Hz and 1076 Hz. The AR spectrogram for all types was very similar.
